You will receive monthly invoices with a payment option for:

ACH: Free and automatically runs on the due day (AutoPay only).  There is no charge to you, the tenant. This will run automatically every month. You must contact us to change it manually by emailing accounting@rdjkventures.com or manager@rdjkventures.com.

Credit Cards: All major Credit Cards are accepted (with a convenience charge to the tenant) AutoPay is also available as an option.

GPay and Apple Pay as well as other payment methods linked to Credit Card Options (PayPal, CashApp Card, Venmo Card, etc)

***Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle are not currently supported***

You will receive an invoice every month prior to the 1st of the month due date to your email address on file.

The email will come from accounting@rdjkventures.com.  Please ensure it does not go to your SPAM/Junk Mail.
